I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Roseberry Insurance Agency! Every time I’ve ever had an issue, they’ve been more than willing to go out of their way to help me out. Recently, there was some damage to my home. I called yesterday and they helped me contact the insurance company. The damage was reported yesterday and the insurance company is writing me a check for partial payment for repairs today! (the rest will be sent when the work is complete). “I got the call just after 10pm on a Friday night, the one no parent ever wants. My daughter had been involved in an accident. She was injured and scared, but thankfully more scared than injured. The damage to her car was so bad it had to be towed away and was subsequently totaled. I called Jim Jr. first thing Saturday morning on his cell. Immediately and as though I was his only customer, Jim Jr. stopped what he was doing and “took the bull by his horns,” and conference called the other parties insurance with me on the phone. The ball was rolling in one phone call early on a Saturday morning, amazing. First thing Monday, we were on a conference call again and Jim Jr. had the other insurance company accepting liability immediately. A rental car was provided within 1 hour of our call, and within the week the entire claim was paid.
